24-Hour Full Refund Window Customers are eligible to request a 100% refund within the first 24 hours of purchasing any service from our website or official Discord server. This initial period is designed to give you time to evaluate the service and ensure it meets your expectations.

Eligibility for Refunds Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as promised. The service was delivered but is not functional or inoperable due to a fault on our end. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cases involving: Misuse, misconfiguration, or errors caused by the customer. Change of mind after the 24-hour window. Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Cancellation Requests If you wish to cancel a service, you may do so at any time. However, cancellations made after the initial 24-hour refund window will not qualify for a refund. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

We encourage customers to reach out to our support team if they encounter any issues or are unsure about the refund eligibility. Our goal is always to find a fair and prompt resolution.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

To keep your server running smoothly, please make sure to pay on time. If a payment is missed:

After 1 day: Your server will be suspended until payment is made. After 4 days: Your server will be deleted, and all files will be lost permanently. If you’re having trouble making a payment, feel free to contact our support team before the due date.
