By accessing or using the services offered by KB Nodes (“KB Nodes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Limitations of Liability

KB Nodes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. While we perform regular offsite backups on our game servers and VPS plans, we strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data under any circumstances.

Server Usage Policy

At KB Nodes, we strive to ensure fair use of our hosting services. Customers are not permitted to purchase and operate only a BungeeCord server without any backend servers. If we detect that a customer’s account is running only a BungeeCord instance, it may result in immediate service termination. To maintain service integrity, at least 50% of the backend servers connected to the BungeeCord must also be hosted with KB Nodes. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our platform fair and efficient for all users.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms or any other applicable policies.

Changes To Terms

KB Nodes may update or revise these Terms at any time. We will inform users about significant changes through email notifications or announcements posted on our website.
